Land use planning is a complex field comprised of ever changing regulations, interpretations, political views, personalities, and much more. We at PRI continually strive to understand both the intricate detail of zoning requirements as well as the tenor of the political landscape in an effort to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Our goal is to understand the objectives of our clients on a project to project basis, which allows us to proactively act in a manner that best serves these objectives.
Comprised of a small number of land use professionals with diverse backgrounds including urban planning, architecture, and construction management, PRI has the ability to understand and apply complex regulations; identify project specific resources and procedures; respond quickly to changing project needs; expertly manage specialized project teams (including engineers, architects, biologists, etc); and produce professional and successful applications.
